Salesforce – take care of your customers!

AspectWorks organised another business breakfast on the topic of “Salesforce – Take care of your customers”. This time the event took place in the beautiful new premises of Brave MediaMind studio, located near Náměstí Míru in Prague. The event was aimed at improving customer care, so we were very pleased that the main guest was the Kofola company, where we implemented Saleforce. A representative of Kofola introduced how their Salesforce Service cloud contact center works.
